scalp disease and hair loss

DR. WEAVER I am have scalp problem and this driving me crazy.I scratch all the time my head is sore and my scalp is red all the time.This problem seem to be spreading.I have used medicated shampoo and medicated anti-itch hairdress nothing is working. what can I get over the counter for this. Please help me.
