RESPONSE:

Your Hair Loss Needs Further Evaluation

Looking at the picture you submitted, the central location of the hair loss and balding suggest that it would be appropriate to do a skin biopsy of the scalp and use the results to develop your treatment plan. Medical conditions such as central centrifugal scarring alopecia and lichen planopilaris commonly develop in this area. The earlier you get evaluation and treatment the better since baldness can be permanent. Minoxidil and b12 injections do not help this type of Hair Loss
